Returns Window
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All tags must still be attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Earrings
• Any pierced jewellery
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 working days.
• Refunds will be made to your original payment method
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

f you’ve received a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it quickly for you 👍
